Educators are the second parents of all the kids nowadays, children are sent to an institution to acquire the education they needed. This education isn't one-stop shot, it is a system-level for each level of age-appropriateness. Daycare Centre provides the education that every child must take first before they go to the big schools. It provides education and cares that every child's basic needs as they grow. The Daycare center has to organize activities that promote and facilitate the development of social, creative and physical skills, ensuring that all activities serve to promote and improve each child's self-esteem and individualizing the curriculum as required. The daycare worker uses different teaching methods to adapt each child's needs, like instructing infants and toddlers on how to convey their ideas, feelings, and needs by establishing a conversation with good communication by asking and responding to their questions, Also improving children's behavior by explaining and demonstrating good practices to each child. Daycare records any behavioral and cognitive difficulties that each child may present so they can correct and give the proper method for their learning because every child is different from understanding capacity like some are fast learners and some are late, so it is very important to know their differences.
The Daycare center stimulates and assists the integral development of the child's skills and they maintain a caring, safe and hygienic environment. The support of parents and worker and their join force will make the child's progress successful in every way. With the developing schedules and routines in the daycare center that the child keeps on doing until they get home while promoting good behavior and habits must be still followed at home.
